The long-time Taiwanese based manufacturer of Windows Mobile phones, HTC, was once happy to let other companies put their brands on its creations, but while that still happens, HTC has become a worldwide brand name of its own accord in recent times.

Delta has taken the next logical step and introduced the cell phone boarding pass. It had to come.
One of the major expenses of flying used to be, strange though it may appear, paper airline tickets.

First the telephone box disappeared. Then the public telephone started to look ailing. Now the wired phone is disappearing. Depending on your age you do all your communication on your cell phone. Indeed, for many young people if they lose their cellphone they lose their identity.

Many states of the USA are seriously thinking about making all mobile calls while driving illegal. Even those where BlueTooth or similar is used to allow hands-free calls.
